Lego Boot Camp Day 3!

The Summer Lego Boot Camp has kicked off with some awesome Wilson kids!

We have some amazing activities planned to work on communication, collaboration, creativity and research.

Check out our kids in action on day 3!

Day 2

Another great day of problem solving, researching and working together. Today's challenges included building a Lego bridge to hold tuna cans, completing more pieces for our tournament board and beginning to program our robots to travel down the floor to knock over a stack of blocks.

First day of Lego Boot Camp

Today we began our Lego League Boot Camp! The purpose of this camp is to prepare students for our competition in the First Lego League (FLL). Some of the challenges we worked on today included "Untie the human knot", "The two finger challenge", and the "Blind Build Challenge". We also spent time beginning a robot construction challenge and following directions to build the components of our competition board. The final portion of our day was spent working on a research project involving food preservation.
